The Online Concept

Initially, M2M developed our Online Concept exclusively for corporate employer intranet platforms. This was an online discount shopping forum.

Today this is a much broader solution and is provided to corporate employers, as well as any larger base wanting to entice loyalty in their members. Our core focus is still the discounts and savings offered to the end-user via an intranet/extranet or internet portal. However, after much research and development into the needs of potential and existing consumers, we have integrated additional functionality to allow for a new level of ease of use and ingenuity.

Modules include social networking, a lift club offering, car hire, news and weather, community specific news and intranet dating.  These modules are chosen by the base owner and can be combined in ways to suit the preference of the base. Our module offering is constantly growing and we aim to always provide all the user could require in a front end platform.

The front end is also entirely customisable to the look and feel of the community. Customisation can be simple or complex, according to the needs of the client. We also offer a high level of user and database security.

Last but not least, M2M offers a superb level of add-on service to back up the solution. On the user side, we have a call centre dedicated to servicing all user related enquiries. For the merchant and community, we offer customised marketing solutions. These include emailers containing the latest news and information about the products and services offered on our site. The frequency and style of these mailers is also designed according to the needs of the community. Open days are also an exciting possibility for the community. These allow the community to see the products offered on the digital platform, and witness the discounts in action, so to speak. This is also an option and can be tailored to suit the needs of the client.
